This is a guidebook and insightful look into the contemporary world of Young Artist Programs at opera companies.  In an ever-changing industry, this "manifesto" aims to guide the recent music school graduate through the Young Artist audition process through their time at the programs and all the things that can help make this experience as successful as possible, pointing them in the right direction towards a career in opera.
